Joe Levin's Life Story

Joe co-founded the Southern Poverty Law Center in 1971. He has long since demonstrated his tenacity and focus on fighting the inequalities which still polarize our society today. He is an avid lecturer and advocate for ways to address anti-semitism and bigotry. He is a friend to those who are considered ‘outsiders’ and suggests we refrain from allowing toxicity to influence us and instead look inward to compassion, justice, and truth as mechanisms for a way forward.
